Location: Weather Vane on rooftop of Coach Tower Building, Chester Beatty Library, Dublin Castle.
Description: This exotic bird appears frequently in oriental art. It seems appropriate on the roof above the Chester Beatty Library.

Vane As a Peacock II

Size: 5m long x 1.5m wide at top end
Materials: Glass and venetian enamels in mosaic
Location: Pool in atrium of Chester Beatty Library, Dublin Castle.
Description: A pool depicting an image of a peacock feather in close up. Rich colours are achieved by using glass mosaic.
